Replacement cost is $7.95 for the first Blu-ray disc or DVD; $2.50 for each additional disc to cover shipping and handling. No more than 10 titles may be returned per household per year.

TITLE refers to a DVD package or collection. For example:

"Back to the Future 25th Anniversary Trilogy" – 3 movies on 3 discs = 1 TITLE.
"House: Season Six" Blu-ray – 5 discs = 1 TITLE.
"Barbie in a Mermaid's Tale" – 1 disc = 1 TITLE.
